Roots & Legacies worked closely with Landmark National Bank to establish a strategic human resource management framework that would support employees throughout their tenure with the bank. To ensure alignment with Landmark's values and culture, we collaborated with leadership to refine the hiring process from the ground up. This included developing a talent screening process that reflected the bank's core principles, training hiring managers on effective candidate evaluation, and refining job descriptions and hiring announcements to better attract top talent. By tailoring recruitment messaging for platforms like social media and job sites such as Indeed, we helped Landmark better communicate its values and appeal to candidates who would thrive within the organization.
Beyond hiring, Roots & Legacies also facilitated three leadership retreats to cultivate a unified company culture and assist with strategic planning. A key focus of these retreats was enhancing the employee experience. We helped Landmark evaluate and select a new survey platform, consolidating multiple employee experience surveys into one streamlined system. This tool provided leadership with valuable insights into employee engagement, satisfaction, and areas for improvement - creating a data-driven foundation for future decision-making.
